卧螺离心机简要操作方法

Decanters  brief instructions

1、主机转速＿＿＿ 转，辅机转速＿＿＿转，主机电流不大于＿＿＿A ，辅机电流不大于＿＿＿A。开机时先开主辅机，待主辅机均达到指定转速后开加药泵，同时打开污泥泵，污泥阀门应慢慢打开，不宜一次性开到指定位置，阀门开到指定位置时要注意电流是否平稳，如电流过高要及时关小阀门。

1. Host machine_______turns/m, assisit machine_______turns/m. The current of host machine can not be greater than_____A, current of assisit machine can not be greater than____A. When you open the machine,please open the host machine and assisit machine frist. After both of them reach the the specified speed, open the drug pump and sludge pump. The valve of sludge pump should be opened slowly, can not be opened to the specified location immediately . When the valve reach the specified location, check the current is steady or not. Turn off the small valve at once in case the current is too large.

2、卧螺离心机机两边轴承座每天加一次黄油，两边转鼓每一个星期加一次黄油，差速器次150小时更换一次齿轮油，以后每1000小时一次（注；齿轮油加至手表时钟九点半位置，不宜过满）。

2. The two bearing stands which aside decanters should aad yellow oil one time everyday, centrifuge drums should add yelloe oil one time every week. The differential gear oil should be changed in 150 hours at the first time, than change in 1000 hours every time(Note:the gear oil add to the the location of 9:30 O’clock ,can not too much).

3、卧螺离心机停机清洗方法: 在停机前关闭污泥进料泵及阀门，关闭加药泵及阀门。打开清洗进水阀门，清洗时间5-15分钟，直到出水口排出清水为止，再关闭清洗阀门，最后停机。

3. Cleaning method: stop adding sludge then close the vavle,close the drug pump and vavle before you cloase the machine. Open the clear water inlet valve and wash about 5-15m until the outlet valve come out clear water. Close the cleaning vavle, then close the machine at the end.

4、设备堵料处理方法：关闭污泥进料泵及阀门，关闭加药泵及阀门。打开清洗阀门加入清水，将主机速度调至300转左右，辅机速度调至400转左右，同时查看主辅机电流，待主辅机电流接近指定电流时再慢慢调高辅机转速，待卧螺离心机电流达到正常电流、设备无异常振动时再慢慢将主辅机调至指定速度即可。

4. Equipment plugging material processing method: close sludge inlet pump and valve, close drug pump and valve, then open the cleaning valve and add clear water. Adjust the host machine to about 300 turns/m, assisit machine to abiout 400turns/m. Check the current of host machine and assisit machine.Turn up the assisit machine’s speed slowly after they reached the the specified current. After the decanters’ current reach the normal current, equipment don’t have the abnormal shake,turn the host and assisit machine to be the specified speed slowly.

5、絮凝剂应在使用前溶解，每次溶解时间不能少于半个小时。

5. Flocculant should be dissolved before use for half hour minimum.
