　　LEESON防爆电机特点：

　　1、电机两面端盖采用凹槽暗螺栓，并且插槽深于普通电机的5倍（按要求还需加石棉垫），主要是为了万一内部绕组被烧毁时，其火花不会顺缝隙向外窜。

　　2、电机的接线盒除了用加了密封垫密封性的构造以外，电机绕组的内部引出线也是密封引至接线端，并且为了减少产生火花环节一般只引出三个端头（普通是6个，有连接片）。

　　3、接线盒的外部电源接入口，是延长了十几厘米、可活动联接的、两端带密闭的阻火管状螺纹接口，可机动可靠地联接防爆穿线钢管，从而使电机与输入电源线全部达到封闭防火要求。

　　4、电机尾端的散热风扇，为了使风叶不擦碰风罩，风叶外沿离导风罩距离较大，并且风叶采用塑料制作。

　　Features of Leeson explosion proof motor:

　　1. The end covers on both sides of the motor are provided with grooved concealed bolts, and the slot depth is 5 times of that of the ordinary motor (asbestos pad is added according to the requirements), which is mainly to prevent the spark from going out along the gap in case the internal winding is burned.

　　2. In addition to the excellent sealing structure with sealing gasket, the internal outgoing line of motor winding is also sealed and led to the terminal. In order to reduce spark generation, only three terminals (usually 6 terminals, with connecting pieces) are led out.

　　3. The external power supply access port of the junction box is extended by more than ten centimeters, which can be connected flexibly and has a closed fire-retardant tubular thread interface at both ends. It can connect the explosion-proof threading steel pipe flexibly and reliably, so that the motor and the input power line can meet the requirements of enclosed fire prevention.

　　4. For the cooling fan at the end of the motor, in order to prevent the wind blade from touching the wind cover, the outer edge of the wind blade is far away from the wind guide cover, and the wind blade is made of plastic.
