工业热水锅炉为何不宜采用大气式热力除氧?

对腐蚀介质进行处理是防止腐蚀的途径,它又可分为:去掉介质中的有害成分;在水中加入能减慢腐蚀的缓蚀剂。水中溶解的杂质,易使金属腐蚀的种类很多,尤其是溶解氧的存在,腐蚀特别严重。因此,给水除氧成为防止锅炉、换热器及管道腐蚀的首要任务。
热水锅炉流过的水量很大,直供系统这些水还要流过热力管道和散热器,其防止水侧腐蚀问题不仅涉及热水锅炉,还涉及到整个热水供热系统(有些热水锅炉房都没有蒸汽源)。总之,热水锅炉的除氧问题有其特殊性,往往比蒸汽锅炉除氧存在的问题更多。
热水锅炉房无蒸汽源,故一般都不用大气式热力除氧。真空除氧可不用蒸汽加热,但要增设一套抽真空装置,并且系统要保持严密;除氧器要设置在7—8米的楼层上,故也很少用。过去曾采用过氧化还原树脂除氧,其除氧效果好,水温可以较低。但初期投资较大,更为不利的是失效后要用含毒性的水合肼还原。加亚*除氧,初投资较小,但加药物等运行费用较高;水质、水温、PH、的过剩量的变化,对除氧效果影响较大。
